Kocaeli Health and Technology University is a foundation university in Kocaeli that focuses on health education as of the 2020-2021 academic year . It is a foundation university in Kocaeli that provides education focused on health and technologies. It was founded in Istanbul in 2009 by the European Education Foundation as the European Vocational School with the approval of the Turkish Grand National Assembly . It changed its name in 2020 and moved to Kocaeli and started to provide undergraduate and graduate education in addition to associate degree programs. The languages of education are Turkish and English. KOSTÜ has collaborations with many international universities, especially Kent State University in USA
