Antalya Bilim University (formerly Antalya International University ) is the second university and the first foundation university established in Antalya with the decision of the Official Gazette dated 21 July 2010 . Antalya Bilim University was founded by the Gaye Education Health Sports and Environment Foundation. The rector of the university, which started accepting students for the 2012-13 academic year, is Prof. Dr. Semih Ekercin.
